I decide to do Friday's WOD this morning. It really gassed me, but I loved it. My biceps are already sore. And my results:
I used a 45# barbell. I'm happy with my time. I didn't really set a goal but 10mins seems good.
The PCF morning crew needed to be fed, so we all made it over to Panini Cafe. And I had this amazing grilled seafood salad with pesto. It was phenomenal. See:
Now it's down time before I pedal my ass to Manhattan Beach for some beach volleyball and R&R on the sand with CourtneyRose. Life is good :)
