Another rest day ball buster

5 Rounds for time (15 minute cap):

1 15' Rope Climb, 15' Ascent

7 Thrusters (135/95)


Scaled to 4 Rope Lowers and 45#s. 

My time: 11:58

So for some funky reason I thought it was only 3 rounds of work, so I call time 7 mins in and Dave think's I'm cracked pot. I sorta am :) After the 5 rounds (which I have to say I was very surprised at my decent time), I had to say that this WOD really kicked my ass. I was so frickin' sweaty. I mean more than I usually sweat. Thrusters are something of their own.

1oz beef jerky
