I'm a saSQUATch!

Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3

65-70-75-80PR-85(x2)PR!!!!!! I'm soooooo excited that I met my goal. My goal was to set a new PR, which would mean anything of my 75# baseline. The fact that I did 10#s over is sooooo awesome. 

Egg scrambled with ham, onion, mushrooms, bell peppers. 
1 slice of bacon
4 turkey meatballs
Shrimp Mofongo- delicious!!!! Can't wait to have it again. 
Plantain chips with guacamole
Turkey Burgers with mushrooms, avocado, bell pepers. 
Sliced Tomatoes

Short and sweet.
