WOD/MOD

For Max weight:

Clean 1 rep
Bench Press 1 rep
Overhead Squat 1 rep



Clean 60#
Bench Press 42#
OH Squat -- My back was really tight from yesterday's thrusters, so I could not do the full overhead extension.

Thank god it's a rest day tomorrow.



1 Spinach/Egg White Wrap (whole wheat)
6oz. Oatmeal
1oz. Dried berries
2 ea fruit jelly candies
1/2 Fried fish (8oz)
2oz. rice

Ice tea no sugar and lots of water.
