Insomnia is back.

This WOD just obliterated me. After I called time, I just sat down and felt all heady and loopy. Then I slipped into a fog... I just felt really drowsy. I couldn't believe that I had to get my energies together to coach the kids right afterwards. 

It's 4:33AM in the morning and I'm exhausted but I can't all asleep. I'm anxious to see how I feel for the rest of the day. 

I've been have tummy aches the past couple of days. I don't like it. I have a feeling that I've eaten something that has hidden wheat in it. We'll see.
