Wilmot


"Wilmot"

Six Four rounds for time of:

50 Squats

25 Ring dips (on parallel bars with band)



Just look back at my week. My arms have been dragged through the mud. This was the straw on the camel's back. I'm really really looking forward to my next 2 rest days. Almost ecstatic about it. 

So tired. So tired.
