50-40-30-20 and 10 rep rounds of:

Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball 6 pound ball 

Box jump, 24 inch box  20" Box

Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood .75 pood

Long. All 3 movements are very taxing. 150 reps of each. The box jumps just killed me. I felt so slow. I would jump up and step down. My ankles were killing me. 

My 50 round and 40 round took me the same amount of time, about 11 mins. I was already soooo gassed. 

I knew I wanted to do this WOD as a detoxifier to the weekend. I ate freely and without guilt. Back on the wagon... I missed Crossfit. As I laid on the ground after I did my last KB swing, all the blood pulsing quickly in all my biggest muscles groups, and the heat coming off of my body, drenched in sweat... I almost giggled just cause I loved that brink of death feeling.
