I did 75#-85#-95#-105#-110#-115#-120#-125#(2)

I was sore from yesterday's WOD but luckily this workout just taxed my lower back and my legs.

2 fried eggs
1tbs Chimichurri
1.5 oz raisins

Fish oil

4oz Turkey patty
3oz broccoli slaw with asian dressing
1 avocado with coconut sugar and 2oz. milk.

I didn't get to eat as much as I wanted since I spent almost 4 hours in Urgent Care because of this stupid cough.
