Damaged

I am sooooooo sore. Like miserable sore. I can't even dress myself. It had to be the WOD from 2 days ago with the Sumo Deadlift High Pull and the pull to inverted hang. My bicep, tricep and delts are screamingly tight. I can't even fully extend my arm.

I just thought I would bitch about it.
