WOD "Griff"

For time:

800 meter Run
400 meters Backwards Run
800 meter Run
400 meters Backwards Run

My time: 26:29

When I saw the WOD post last night, I thought "I don't want to do this" which meant I had to commit and really do it.

I made it to the 12PM class today and realized that I wished I had made some poor excuse to not make it to class. I HATE running. H-A-T-E I-T! One of my biggest issues is endurance.

Well, I made it. I didn't die. I'm proud of me.
