30 pullups, I did jumping pull-up

I'm super proud of myself. I can't believe I had any steam after yesterday's Chipper ass-kicker.
I didn't eat so well today.
1 spinach wrap from Starbucks
1 grande decaf latte
1 banana
1oz walnuts
1 paige mandarin
1 oz roasted chicken
1 bowl of Pho with 2 oz egg noodle
6oz organic vanilla yogurt
16oz ice tea unsweetened
Not much for calories. I'm actually hungry now.
