The good guys

I'm proud to say that I get to train with these fire breathers at Paradiso Crossfit.  Scott and Ben are on their way to opening their own box, Crossfit Marina Del Rey. As well, they are sponsored athletes of Stronger Faster Healthier-- I take their fish oil, post workout shake, and daily balance shake to add more protein in my day.

Not only do I marvel at their athleticism, I'm honored to call them my friends. Ben and SMG are going all the way to the Games :)
