Fed Up

Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3

My 1RM is 105#. 3R is a lot. 95#s was heavy.

Strict pull up work went well. I can do one with the thin red band again.

My level of soreness is on the high end of the scale.

What did I eat today?

6 slices of Bacon
3 eggs
SFH Post Wod Shake
Chicken Cordon Blue ( ya, ya it has bread crumbs!)
Brussels sprouts with raisins

I'm starving right now. I should have an avocado.
