puppy dog tales

8x5 Deadlift @ 140# with 1 min rest between each round.

The 5th rep was def hard all 8 rounds.

3 rounds:

10 Hang Power Cleans @ 45#s
20 Weighted Step Ups 14"/15# DBs
30 Double unders

I don't feel as sore as I did immediately after the WOD the other day.
